Remembrance Day Poppies

Lancashire County Council have granted Whittingham Parish Council a Licence to erect Remembrance poppies on the lamp posts on Church Lane.
This was a trial initiative by the Parish Council but as it has been well received, the Parish Council will consider adding other locations for next year.
